A grounded, relational, and emotionally focused approach to inner work.

I have always been curious about people.

What happens beneath what we say.
Why we respond in ways we don't always understand.
How our past continues to meet us in the present.
How we can want something deeply and still find ourselves doing something completely different.

Over the years, this curiosity became both my work and my way of understanding life.

I don't believe people need to be fixed. I believe we need spaces where we can become curious about ourselves, make sense of what we have lived through, and discover what becomes possible when we meet ourselves differently.

That is the space I try to create in my work.

A woman with short, curly dark hair and glasses, wearing a white button-up shirt with rolled-up sleeves, standing against a light yellow background, with arms crossed and looking down.

The self does not need fixing, but guidance.

Together, we explore the deeper emotional and relational experiences and patterns shaping your life, helping you move from reactive survival patterns toward greater awareness and conscious choices.

This work is about reconnecting with who you already are beneath protective roles, conditioned responses, and emotional disconnection.

My professional path hasn't been linear.

It has developed through curiosity, study, practice, therapy, personal experience and the many people I have had the privilege of meeting along the way.

My initial training was rooted in spirituality, with a particular interest in alchemy, the soul and the journey of human transformation.

My work has also been deeply influenced by thinkers and practitioners who have explored the human experience beyond a single perspective, including Carl Jung, James Hillman, Gestalt approaches, Roberto Assaggioli and many more.. Their work has influenced the way I understand the complexity of being human: that our experience has many layers, and that thoughts, emotions, the body, relationships, unconscious patterns, imagination, meaning and our sense of self cannot always be understood separately.

This has shaped my belief in integration rather than reduction. Rather than looking at one part of a person in isolation, I am interested in how the different parts meet, influence one another and sometimes pull in different directions.

My path has continued through counselling and psychotherapy, somatic work and relational practice. Working with children and young people within school environments taught me the importance of flexibility, creativity and meeting someone in the world as they experience it. Psychotherapy gave me a deeper understanding of emotional and relational processes. Somatic work taught me to listen to what happens beyond words. Relational work continues to remind me that we don't develop in isolation, we are shaped through our relationships and the ways we learn to connect, protect ourselves and belong.

And underneath all of these different threads, I keep returning to questions of meaning, purpose, the shadow, integration and the possibility of becoming more fully ourselves.

I believe that our work is not simply to become a better version of who we think we should be.

It is also to become more familiar with the different parts of ourselves, including what we may have pushed away, and to discover how these can be brought into a more conscious relationship.

For me, this is where psychological work and the deeper questions of the soul meet.

Over time, these different threads have come together into the way I work today, grounded in psychology and embodied experience, relational at its core, and open to the deeper questions of meaning, purpose and what it means to be human.

Presence. Not simply listening to what someone says, but being genuinely interested in the person sitting in front of me.

Curiosity rather than assumptions.

Warmth without avoiding difficult conversations.

Honesty without judgement.

Space without losing structure.

And the belief that meaningful change doesn't require us to reject parts of ourselves. Sometimes it begins by becoming able to stay present with more of who we are.

What matters to me in the room

Experience & Human Understanding

I believe good therapists never stop learning. Alongside ongoing supervision and professional development, I continue to research and study relational psychotherapy, embodiment, spirituality, complex trauma and contemporary approaches to working with people and relationships.

For over 15 years, I have worked with children, young people, adults and groups across educational, therapeutic and wellbeing settings internationally. This has included facilitating mindfulness and emotional regulation work, psychoeducational groups and wellbeing workshops.

Working with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences has taught me that there is no single way of understanding a person. My work with neurodivergent individuals has further deepened my appreciation of nervous system sensitivity, different ways of processing and communicating, and the importance of attunement, flexibility and meeting people where they are.

My background in music, art, facilitation and design also continues to influence how I work. Creativity has taught me to look beyond the obvious, to communicate in different ways, and to leave room for what cannot always be expressed through words.

All of these experiences continue to shape the way I work: with curiosity, flexibility and an interest in the whole person rather than a single part of their experience.
