Essene Therapy & PSYCHOENERGETIC® INTEGRATION
My training in Egyptian-Essene practices involved more than three years of study and practice, including a wide range of therapeutic protocols and approaches to working with the energetic, emotional and subtle dimensions of our experience.
The work can include energy balancing, chakra and subtle-body work, grounding, sound, oils and other specific techniques, depending on what is appropriate for you.
But the technique itself is only part of the work. You remain an active participant.
Rather than someone trying to remove something from you or “fix” your energy, we develop awareness of what is happening within you and create space for you to reconnect with your own experience.
The intention is not simply to receive energy. It is to listen, feel, become aware and allow movement where something may have become stuck.
A different way of meeting yourself
What is Essene Therapy?
An experiential approach to body, energy and inner awareness.
There is a growing interest in somatic and energy-based practices. But not all energy work is the same.
My work is rooted in a long-standing Egyptian-Essene tradition and more than three years of dedicated training across a wide range of therapeutic protocols.
I work with the body, energy, emotions and subtle aspects of experience, but always with the person actively involved in the process. This isn't about someone “working on your energy” while you passively receive.
It is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself.
What might we work with?
Depending on what brings you to the session, different approaches may be used.
My training includes protocols relating to emotional distress, exhaustion, grounding, addictions and codependency, energetic imbalance, feminine and masculine energy, menstrual and women's wellbeing, chakra and subtle-body work, and other forms of energetic and emotional patterning.
We work begin with a conversation about what is bringing you to the work.
From there, the session may include energetic work, therapeutic touch, breath, body awareness, guided attention and stillness. The invitation is simply to become curious about what you experience when you create space to listen.
Essene Therapy is offered as a minimum commitment of five in-person sessions, each lasting 80 minutes. This allows space for continuity, deeper exploration, integration and embodied therapeutic work over time.
Single session: £135
5-session package: £590 (£85 saving)
