❋
Understand the pattern.
Experience the approach.
Decide what happens next.
A focused 50-minute introductory session for people who feel stuck in an emotional or relationship pattern and are unsure where to begin.
The ARC™ Discovery Session is designed to help you experience my approach before deciding whether you would like to work together more deeply.
There is no expectation to continue.
The session may offer useful clarity on its own. If ongoing support feels appropriate, we can discuss what that could look like and you can decide in your own time.
What can we explore?
Choose one main area for the session. We will keep the conversation focused so there is enough time for both reflection and practical experience.
Emotional and relationship patterns
Explore a recurring pattern, what tends to trigger it and what may be keeping it in place.
Attachment & Relational Needs
Begin identifying possible attachment patterns, emotional needs and ways you protect yourself in relationships.
Emotional Regulation
Learn a practical mindfulness, somatic or EFT-based tool to use when emotions feel overwhelming.
What happens during the session?
-

Arrive and clarify
We begin by identifying the situation or pattern you would most like to understand.
-

Explore
Together, we look at the thoughts, emotions, body responses and relational dynamics connected to it.
-

Experience
I guide you through one practical exercise suited to your needs. This may involve mindfulness, somatic awareness, EFT, emotional regulation or relational reflection.
-

Integrate
We identify what you have learned and one realistic next step to take away.
This session may suit you if…
You want to focus on one current issue
You feel stuck but are unsure where to begin
You want practical support as well as reflection
You would like to experience my approach before committing

What this session is not
The ARC™ Discovery Session is not crisis support, diagnosis or a replacement for ongoing therapy when deeper or sustained support is needed.
It is a focused, educational and experiential introduction to my work.
What you will receive
A focused 50-minute online session
Greater clarity around one emotional or relational pattern
One personalised practical exercise
A brief written summary with key reflections and next steps
The opportunity to decide whether you would like to continue into ongoing work together
